- The connection is encrypted, and your answers are stored encrypted (AES-256) in our database.
- Only the OLAB Assist team can see your answers. Other participants never see them.
- We never sell or share them with third parties, and never publish them under your name or your company’s. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, only stores them on our behalf.
- To measure your brand, AI assistants are asked only about your brand and your customers’ questions. Your name and email are never sent.
- You can ask us to delete your answers at any time.

- Open to businesses and agencies that complete this survey. One reward per website and per email address. Accounts that have already made a payment cannot take part.
- The reward is 10% off the first payment for an OLAB Assist plan. It does not apply to later payments, renewals, add-ons bought later or plan changes, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To earn it, the answers must meet our completeness criteria (shown on this page while you fill in the form), and you must confirm your email within 7 days.
- After confirming, create your OLAB Assist account with the same email address and make your first payment within 30 days. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- We may withhold or cancel a reward for answers that are not genuine, for example copied, random or about a company the person does not represent.
- We may change or end this campaign at any time. Rewards already confirmed remain valid for their 30 days.
