OLAB Assist, Olasi Works - Serkan Odemis tarafından geliştirilen web tabanlı GEO analiz hizmetidir ve olasiworks.com projesidir. Bu politika; site, alan adı sorgusu, Google/Apple girişi ve iletişim sırasında kişisel verilerin işlenmesini açıklar.

- UID, sorgulanan alan adı, audit/rapor geçmişi, skorlar, bulgular ve öneriler
- Plan, kredi, kota, abonelik ve ödeme kayıtları
- Destek mesajları ve izin verilen ekler
- IP, tarayıcı, cihaz, işletim sistemi, zaman ve güvenlik logları
- Gerekli çerezler, oturum/yerel depolama ve izinli ölçüm verileri
Özel nitelikli verileri göndermeyin.
3. İşleme Amaçları
Audit ve rapor üretmek; geçmişi göstermek; plan, kredi ve kota haklarını uygulamak; Google/Apple oturumunu sürdürmek; kötüye kullanım, saldırı ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek; ödeme, destek, güvenlik ve hata yönetimi sağlamak; yasal yükümlülüklere uymak; izin varsa ölçüm ve geliştirme yapmak.
4. Hukuki Sebepler
Sözleşmenin ifası, kullanıcının talebi, hizmet ve güvenliğe ilişkin meşru menfaat, yasal yükümlülük veya gerekli hallerde açık rıza.
5. Aktarım Alıcıları
Google/Apple/Firebase (kimlik ve oturum), Cloudflare (barındırma, güvenlik, Worker/D1), izinli analiz sağlayıcıları, ödeme sağlayıcıları ve yetkili makamlar. Veriler satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
6. Yurt Dışı Aktarım
Sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye/AEA dışında işleyebilir. Aktarımlar KVKK, GDPR ve uygulanabilir aktarım kurallarına uygun mekanizmalarla yapılmaya çalışılır.
7. Saklama
Hesap, UID, audit/rapor, plan-kota, ödeme, destek ve güvenlik kayıtları; hizmet, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülük için gerekli süre saklanır, sonra silinir, anonimleştirilir veya imha edilir.
8. Kullanıcı Hakları
Mevzuata göre erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz, taşınabilirlik ve rızayı geri çekme talepleri için [email protected].
9. Güvenlik
HTTPS, güvenli kimlik doğrulama, erişim kontrolleri, kota/hız sınırlama ve teknik önlemler uygulanır; tam risksizlik veya kesintisizlik garanti edilmez.
10. Çocuklar
Hizmet çocuklara yönelik değildir; bilerek çocuk verisi toplamayız.
11. Değişiklikler
Politika güncellenebilir; yayımlandığı tarihte geçerli olur.

OLAB Assist is a web-based GEO analysis service developed by Olasi Works - Serkan Odemis and a project of olasiworks.com. This policy covers data processed through the site, domain audits, Google/Apple sign-in and support.

- Name, email, photo, Google/Apple ID and authentication records
- UID, domains, audit/report history, scores, findings and recommendations
- Plan, credit, quota, subscription and payment records
- Support messages and permitted attachments
- IP, browser, device, OS, timestamps and security logs
- Necessary cookies, session/local-storage and consented measurement data
Do not submit special-category data.
3. Purposes
Run audits; produce reports; show history; enforce plan, credit and quota rights; maintain Google/Apple sessions; prevent abuse, attacks and fraud; provide payment, support, security and error handling; comply with law; and improve the service where consented.
4. Legal Bases
Contract performance, requested action, legitimate service/security interests, legal obligations or consent where required.
5. Recipients
Google/Apple/Firebase, Cloudflare (hosting, security, Workers/D1), permitted analytics providers, payment providers and competent authorities as necessary. Data is not sold or rented.
6. International Transfers
Providers may process data outside Türkiye/EEA. Transfers are intended to use mechanisms consistent with KVKK, GDPR and applicable rules.
7. Retention
Account, UID, audit/report, plan-quota, payment, support and security records are kept only as needed for service, security and legal duties, then deleted, anonymized or securely destroyed.
8. User Rights
Depending on law, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent at [email protected].
9. Security
HTTPS, secure authentication, access controls, quota/rate limits and safeguards are used; complete risk-free or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
The policy may be updated and applies when published.

3. Finalidades
Ejecutar auditorías; crear informes; mostrar historial; aplicar planes, créditos y cuotas; mantener sesiones de Google/Apple; prevenir abuso, ataques y fraude; gestionar pagos, soporte, seguridad y errores; cumplir la ley; y mejorar el servicio con consentimiento.
4. Bases legales
Ejecución contractual, solicitud del usuario, intereses legítimos de servicio/seguridad, obligación legal o consentimiento cuando sea necesario.
5. Destinatarios
Google/Apple/Firebase, Cloudflare (hosting, seguridad, Workers/D1), analítica autorizada, proveedores de pago y autoridades competentes cuando sea necesario. No vendemos ni alquilamos datos.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Los proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera de Turquía/EEE. Se procuran mecanismos compatibles con KVKK, RGPD y las reglas aplicables.
7. Conservación
Los registros de cuenta, UID, auditoría/informe, plan-cuota, pagos, soporte y seguridad se guardan solo durante lo necesario para el servicio, seguridad y obligaciones legales; después se eliminan, anonimizan o destruyen.
8. Derechos
Según la ley, solicita acceso, rectificación, eliminación, limitación, oposición, portabilidad o retirada del consentimiento en [email protected].
9. Seguridad
Usamos HTTPS, autenticación segura, controles de acceso, límites de cuota/velocidad y medidas técnicas; no garantizamos ausencia total de riesgos o interrupciones.
10. Menores
El servicio no está dirigido a menores y no recopilamos conscientemente sus datos.
11. Cambios
La política puede actualizarse y rige al publicarse.
