Tips
- Use a private channel if alerts mention client domains.
- Discord limits how fast one webhook can post; OLAB Assist sends one message per event, well within the limit.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Nothing arrives | Check the address starts with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/ and that the webhook was not deleted in Discord. |
| The webhook shows “Paused” (Agency) | Discord rejected 25 deliveries in a row. Create a new webhook, paste it and click Turn back on. |
Questions
Can I use Slack and Discord at the same time?
On the Agency plan, yes: add one webhook for each.
Is a bot needed?
No. A channel webhook is enough; nothing is installed on your server.
Other integrations
Product names and logos belong to their owners. OLAB Assist is not affiliated with them.
