What you get
- A dashboard page with a cover, a short guide and a summary of each site (score, issues, how often AI assistants name you).
- Sites database: overall and SEO, GEO, AEO, AIO scores, critical issues, warnings, AI visibility and links to the report.
- Issues database: every open finding with impact, evidence and how to fix it. Fixed issues are marked Resolved.
- AI answers database: the weekly prompt log with question, intent, assistant, whether you were named, rank, sentiment and sources.
Before you start
- An OLAB Assist account on the Agency plan, signed in as the account owner.
- A Notion workspace where you can add connections (a member or owner role).
- At least one site in OLAB Assist. Data appears after its first scan.
Set it up step by step
Open the integrations settings
In OLAB Assist go to Integrations and find the Notion card.
Click “Connect Notion”
You are taken to Notion's approval screen. Sign in to Notion if it asks.
Choose the template or a page
The easiest option is Duplicate template: Notion copies the AI Visibility Dashboard into your workspace and OLAB Assist fills it. Or choose Select pages and tick the page where the dashboard should live.
Allow access
Click Allow access. You return to OLAB Assist and see “Notion connected”.
Pick the page (only if you did not use the template)
Choose the page from the list and click Create here. With the template this step is skipped.
Open it in Notion
Click Open in Notion. The first sync takes a minute; use Sync now any time you want fresh data immediately.
What is sent
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Sites | Site, brand, score, SEO / GEO / AEO / AIO, critical issues, warnings, AI answers checked, named rate, rank among tracked brands, last checked, report link |
| Issues | Issue, site, status (Critical / Warning / Resolved), category, impact, evidence, how to fix, where |
| AI answers | Question, intent, site, assistant, named, rank, cited as source, sentiment, brands named, sources, asked on |
Tips
- Add your own columns and views (for example a board grouped by status). Our columns are rewritten on each sync, yours are left alone.
- Share the dashboard page with a client in Notion to give them a live view without an OLAB Assist login.
- New fields we add later appear in your databases automatically; you never have to reconnect.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Notion shows no pages to pick | You did not share a page on the approval screen. Click Connect Notion again and tick a page, or use Duplicate template. |
| The dashboard is empty | The site has not been scanned yet, or the first sync is still running. Wait a minute and click Sync now. |
| “Sync failed” on the Integrations page | The page was deleted or OLAB Assist lost access to it. In Notion open the page → ••• → Connections and add OLAB Assist again, or reconnect. |
| I want to stop syncing | Click Disconnect on the Integrations page. Updates stop and the pages stay in Notion. |
Questions
Does this cost anything in Notion?
No. It works on Notion's free plan too; the connection uses Notion's standard API.
Will it create duplicate rows?
No. Rows are updated in place, matched by site, issue and answer.
Can I connect more than one workspace?
One Notion workspace per OLAB Assist account. Share pages from it with as many people as you like.
Other integrations
Product names and logos belong to their owners. OLAB Assist is not affiliated with them.
