These Terms of Use govern your use of OLAB Assist, a service developed and operated by Alpaslan LLC. OLAB Assist is a project of olasiworks.com. By accessing or using the website or service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OLAB Assist is a website analysis service that examines publicly accessible technical and structural website signals and provides GEO-readiness scores, findings, and recommendations.

Product outputs may include digital audit reports, prioritized improvement plans, DIY Fix Pack materials, and, where supported by the measured audit, Developer Handoff Pack guidance.

OLAB Assist results:

  • Are provided for informational and analytical purposes.
  • Do not guarantee visibility or ranking in search engines or AI systems.
  • Do not guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI system will recommend a particular website or brand.
  • Do not replace legal, technical, SEO, or marketing advice.

OLAB Assist is not a visual identity or branding service, frontend development service, manual agency service, implementation service, or ongoing consulting service. It does not guarantee traffic, sales, search placement, business outcomes, or complete reachability of third-party pages, resources, networks, or services.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must:

  • Have the right or authorization to submit a domain for analysis.
  • Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
  • Not submit another person’s personal data.
  • Not use the service for attacks, abuse, unauthorized scanning, or unlawful activities.
  • Not attempt to bypass security controls, exceed reasonable request limits, or disrupt the service.
  • Keep your Google account and authentication activity secure.

3. FREE AND PAID SERVICES

The free check may include a basic score, findings, warnings, and initial recommendations.

The full GEO report may include detailed analysis, a prioritized action plan, technical and content recommendations, actionable tasks, and rescan or progress-comparison features.

Paid products, when available, are digital products. The scope, price, tax information, delivery, cancellation terms, and refund conditions for any paid service will be shown separately before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The OLAB Assist software, design, branding, interface, and original content belong to Alpaslan LLC or the relevant licensors.

You retain the rights to your own domain and content. Information submitted by you may be processed only as necessary to provide and secure the service.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Alpaslan LLC does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security events, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpaslan LLC is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of customers, changes in search rankings, or business decisions made based on audit results.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

OLAB Assist may use third-party services, including Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, analytics providers, payment providers, and the websites submitted for analysis. The terms and privacy policies of those third parties may also apply. We do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, content, or complete reachability.

8. CHANGES

Alpaslan LLC may update the service, its features, prices, or these Terms when necessary. The revised version becomes effective when it is published on this page.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law and jurisdiction terms will be specified by Alpaslan LLC in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
